I completed a first degree in Nursing at the University of Manchester and an MPH (Master of Public Health) at the University of Salford.
I am a member of the academic admissions team.
Danita has been a senior lecturer on the BSc (Hons) pre-registration adult nursing programme since April 2009.
I am currently the unit lead on the Evidence for Practice and Independent Study Units and I teach on the public health, community elective and nursing in contemporary society units.

My clinical background is in Haematology nursing, midwifery and health visiting and I maintain a contract as a health visitor at a Greater Manchester Trust.
