Entry requirements if you have studied in Zimbabwe

Foundation Year

Zimbabwe General Certificate of Education at Ordinary Level or General Certificate of Education

Undergraduate Courses

Cambridge Higher School Certificate, GCE Advanced Level or ZIMSEC A-level with grades as per A level

Zimbabwe General Certificate of Education at Ordinary Level / General Certificate of Education PLUS recognised foundation year 

Undergraduate advanced entry and top-up degrees

Higher National Diploma holders may be eligible for Year 2 or 3

Postgraduate Courses

Bachelor (Honours) degree 

MPhil/PhD

Master's degree

English Language Requirements

Zimbabwe GCE Ordinary Level with minimum grade C in English

Undergraduate courses

For Undergraduate courses, we usually ask for IELTS 6.0 (No less than 5.5 in any section) or equivalent.

Postgraduate courses

For Postgraduate courses, we usually ask for IELTS 6.5 (No less than 5.5 in any section) or equivalent.

If you have a UK qualification

If you have studied UK qualifications such as A Levels, you can calculate your UCAS Tariff points then check the individual course descriptions to see if you meet requirements. You can also find the minimum IB scores required by checking these descriptions.
