To access the full range of functionality available on a Skype for Business to Skype call then the person using Skype will need to be running the latest version (if this is not the case then they may find that no video is available).
If you would like to download Skype for Business to use on any of your personal devices then you’ll need to (if you haven’t already) install Office 365.
If you require equipment such as a headset or webcam and you have approval from your department for the cost then you can purchase these by contacting the IT helpline on 0161 247 4646.
