Use eduroam around the world

Eduroam is available across the Manchester Met campus, but you can also use your MMU credentials to connect to eduroam at any other organisation that uses it. To find out where, see the eduroam website: Where can I eduroam?

If you’ve logged into eduroam before, you won’t need to enter your credentials again to log in elsewhere.

Please note: when you log into eduroam, it’s important to remember to include @stu.mmu.ac.uk after your MMU ID number, otherwise you won’t be able to connect at other institutions.

Visitor Wi-Fi

Visitors to campus can connect to our visitor Wi-Fi network, BT ManMet WiFi.

Please DO NOT use this network if you have access to Eduroam.

This network does not have the same capacity or speed as Eduroam, so your experience will not be as reliable.
