Who am I?
Sarah read law at Birmingham University. Trained and worked as a solicitor at City of London law firm Dentons and then International law firm Eversheds, focusing on corporate acquisitions and disposals, corporate insolvency and commercial matters. She also worked in-house as a commercial solicitor at a large insurance company in Manchester, developing a specialism in treasury and investment transactions. Sarah teaches Business Law and Practice, Taxation, Practical Legal Research and Commercial Law on the LPC, as well as Business Law on the LLB programme.
