Who am I?
I trained and qualified as a solicitor dealing in criminal work. I then transferred to the Bar and practiced in criminal work until I had my first child. I then took on a lecturing post at MMU in 2001 and have been at MMU ever since.

Subject leader for Criminal Litigation and Sentencing and the Advanced Criminal Litigation in Practice Option. Tutor in Criminal Advocacy, Conference Skills and Criminal Written Skills, Pastoral Care Director on the Full and Part-time courses. I originally trained and qualified as a Solicitor having studied on the Legal Practitioner Course at MMU. I then transferred to the Bar and worked in private practice. I was called to the bar in 1998.
