How to Pay
Student Finance
Postgraduate Students (excluding PGCE students)
England and Wales Postgraduate Loans
You should tick this box only if you have applied, or intend to apply, for a Postgraduate Masters or Doctoral Loan from Student Finance to pay all or part of your fees. The loan will be paid directly to you and it is your responsibility to arrange repayment, Unlike Undergraduate courses, no payment for course fees is made directly to Manchester Met by Student Finance England.
The loan will be paid directly to you from Student Finance and will not have to be repaid until after you leave the University and have an annual income above a certain level. The information you will receive from Student Finance will explain how the scheme works. Further information is available from www.gov.uk/studentfinance
You will be directed to setup an instalment plan to pay your tuition fees in 3 termly instalments through our secure payment platform Flywire. You will be able to pay using Direct Debit, Auto Card Payment and a number of other methods.
You will be offered an instalment plan in line with your course start date.

If your Student Finance payment schedule differs from our standard instalment plan, please email a copy of your schedule to pgloan@mmu.ac.uk so that we can amend your instalment plan due dates in line with your payment schedule.
During your online enrolment you may also need to insert your Customer Reference Number if we have not already received the information from Student Finance. You can find this on correspondence from Student Finance.
Northern Ireland Postgraduate Loans
You should tick this box if you have applied, or intend to apply, for a Postgraduate Loan from Student Finance to pay all or part of your fees. If you do apply, please remember to return your declaration form to Student Finance.
If your loan does not cover all of your fees you will need to pay the difference and therefore select an additional payment method.
Paying my own fees in full
Make a one-off payment now or setup an instalment plan
You should tick this box if you intend to pay your fees in full now, or if you wish to pay your fees in instalments.
You will be directed to our secure payment platform Flywire where you will be able to pay using Direct Debit, Auto Card Payment, UK or international bank transfer or a number of alternative payment methods.
