Manchester School of Art, our research centre for art and design, hosts the 5th largest community of researchers in art and design rated world leading and internationally excellent in the UK. The centre has long-standing relationships with galleries, museums, and the creative industries in the region and beyond.

Manchester Met is renowned for world-class apparel research, development and practice and our research activities embrace the complete apparel supply chain and management from fashion business and creative concepts to innovative product development and sustainability.

At our Cheshire campus, we offer music, dance, drama and performance and our £6million Contemporary Arts centre has its own theatre, rehearsal and performance studios, multimedia and recording suites plus gallery spaces.
