EU HR Excellence Award

The EU HR Excellence award is a standard awarded to universities that can demonstrate efforts to comply with the principles of the Concordat for the Career Development of Researchers.

In the UK, the process for applying for the standard is overseen by Vitae. The process involves the submission of an action plan followed by regular monitoring and independent review at structured intervals.

Manchester Metropolitan first secured the award in 2013 and we have recently undertaken our 4-year review which consists of an independent panel-based analysis of our actions and achievements as well as our forward plans.

2-year review – 2015
