Biography
Richard Griffin, unit leader and lecturer specialising in Project Management and Portfolio development working closely with the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) team, teaching across all Business Professional Executive courses since 2020. Richard previously attended as a guest lecturer at Glyndwr University on the Executive MBA.
Richard has a background in project management delivery, and teaching in public, private and third sector. Employment roles impacted on community health improvement and private businesses, through change management programmes, Lean Six-Sigma, SAP and business process re-engineering. Previous to project specific work, Richard was a rugby development officer and coach with the Welsh Rugby Union. Further delivering, health, fitness and wellbeing roles linked to the NHS, where Richard’ academic practice and research was implemented
