University Mental Health Day

Business School, North Atrium

This year’s University Mental Health Day on Thursday 7 March has the theme, ‘use your voice’, and we have a whole host of activities going on to encourage students to talk about mental wellbeing and how to keep healthy.

The aim of the day is to encourage conversation – and we have lots to talk about. From a planetarium (so we can gaze at the stars in the middle of the day), good mood food from MetMUnch and opportunities for students to talk about their own mental health with the friendly teams from the Counselling, Health and Wellbeing Service and the charity Anxiety UK.

What’s more, you can take some time out of your day to cuddle and de-stress with the much-loved Guide Dogs between 2pm-4pm! Tickets can be bought from the MMU Sport Online Store or on the day from one of the friendly team.

This is a free event and is open to all students and staff. Join us in Business School North Atrium between 1pm-5pm on the 7th.
