Join our weekly virtual mindfulness session for students and help bring greater attention to the present moment. Run by our Counselling and Mental Health team, these sessions provide practical skills to help you become more aware of yourself and what you’re experiencing.
No experience is needed and you are welcome to attend as many sessions as you like. Sessions take place every Tuesday (11:00am - 12noon) and Thursday (3:00pm - 4:00pm).
