Virtual Mindfulness Session

Join our weekly virtual mindfulness session for students run by our Counselling and Mental Health team. for students and help bring greater attention to the present moment. Mindfulness is the practice of bringing greater attention to the present moment, gently becoming more aware of ourselves and what we’re experiencing and doing.

No experience is needed and you are welcome to attend as many sessions as you like. Sessions take place every Tuesday (11:00am - 11.30am) and Thursday (3:00pm - 3.30pm).
