Mindfulness is the practice of bringing greater attention to the present moment, gently becoming more aware of ourselves and what we’re experiencing and doing.
No experience is needed. No need to book, just turn up but please be aware that these are practical sessions, so arrive promptly. We will put up a do not disturb sign once the session has started. Come to as many or a few as you like. Sessions are on Tuesdays and Thursdays until the end of term.
