Lee is the chief psychologist and founder of Essentialise and Male Allies UK. His diverse career has ranged from corporate finance to building a tech company. He now focuses on supporting organisations to embed and deliver effective wellbeing and inclusion.

Laoise Flanagan

Laoise Flanagan

Laoise is a Director at Deloitte with over 20 years’ experience, leading the UK Education sector’s focus on Organisational Resilience and Strategy and also leading the Deloitte Private Growth team across North South Europe whilst mentoring a significant network across the business. Laoise is a Visiting Professor at Manchester Metropolitan University and Chairs the Strategic International Advisory Group at The Business School.

Katie runs two not-for-profit organisations, chairs the UK Tech Cluster Group and sits on the Digital Skills Council. She is an experienced founder and strategist with over 15 years’ of experience across start-ups, scale-ups, corporates, and public and private sector partnerships.
