Jill is a Deals Partner at PwC US.  She is a seasoned Mergers and Acquisitions Partner and former audit partner with extensive experience driving Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory projects which drive value to her clients. 

Jill has over 35 years of international experience (UK, Europe, Bahamas and US) leading complex transactions and large public company audits.  Jill simplifies and executes upon companies’ strategic initiatives and consistently creates value for companies at all stages of their deal strategy.  Jill works closely with public company boards and audit committees in her role as audit partner and strategic advisor on key company transactions.  In her role as a risk management partner, she ensures effective management and governance through consideration of the impacts of a transaction and the potential short term and long-term effects on the company’s strategic initiatives, growth trajectory and brand.

Jill is also a Board member of a not-for-profit organization in the United States.

Jill is married with one child and splits her time between Philadelphia and Sarasota.  Her interests include spending time with her family, travel and cooking.

Jill joined the Board of Governors on 1 April 2023 and is a member of the Audit and Risk Committee.
