Betty J Aidoo-Anderson

Currently a doctoral researcher, experienced in teaching and supporting learning in higher education. I have been involved in students’ professional development and study skills. Taught business management and HR modules and supervised student dissertations. I am keenly interested in student success and the broader area of business management. I have degrees in HRM and Business management from University of Salford, Heriot watt university and University of Cape Coast Ghana. My research interest includes career and entrepreneurship, academics’ progression, organisational support and HR practices.
