Biography

Holder of PhD in Change Management and Organisation Development from Loughborough University (Developing Innovation Culture in Organisations); MSc in Operations Management and Manufacturing Systems from the University of Nottingham; PGCert in Strategic Management from the University of Cambridge; and BSc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan, also completed PGCert in Digital Pedagogy from Arden University (Oct 2021).

Teaching

I teach a number of units; Contemporary Drivers of Strategic Change, Masters Business Portfolio, Harnessing Creativity, Innovation and Change (all Level 7), Leading Change, Decision Making and Risk (Level 5). I oversee Senior Leader Apprenticeship as program lead and liaise with Degree Apprenticeship unit to deliver the program and support apprenticeship in their End Point Assessment. 

I supervise a number of MBA, MSD dissertations in areas of Business and Change Management.
