Biography
I gained my PhD from the University of Manchester in 2019. My doctoral research focused on the development and assessment of a novel model of individual level innovative work behaviour. Subsequently, I worked at Aston University as a post-doctoral researcher on a Horizon2020 research project whose objective was to assess the effects of a leadership training and a cognitive ability training intervention on employee innovation, implementing a randomised control trial. On June 2022, I joined Manchester Metropolitan University and assumed the role of Lecturer in Organisational Psychology.

I have taught both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Taught topics include a wide range of Organisational Psychology topics, such as Leadership, Motivation, Recruitment and Assessment and Personality. Additionally, I have taught advanced Research Methods focusing on topics such as Scale development, Exploratory and Confirmatory Factor Analysis.
