Biography

I joined MMU in May 2018 as a senior lecturer in HRM, having previously worked as a lecturer in HRM at both the University of Huddersfield (2016-2018) and the University of Manchester (2015-2016). I teach and lead units across a range HRM, employment relations and employment law modules at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. I have experience as programme leader at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. 

Interests and expertise

I have an interest and expertise in conflict at work and how it is dealt with. My focus is on workplace bullying and harassment, and alternative dispute resolution. I am also interested in workplace health, safety and wellbeing, and fairness at work.
