How do we engage with different audiences about our research and our subject? And why do we do it?Award-winning academic Jo Verran tells her stories of public engagement with microbiology, using - among
other things - art, zombies and mouldy sandwiches, along the way emphasizing the importance of good experimental design and evaluation.
