Meet our students
I did a placement at the Manchester Royal Infirmary, supporting meningitis vaccine research and COVID-19 trials. Now my research data is being used as the backbone of future meningitis vaccine trials within Public Health England.

Alongside my degree I have become a certified carbon literacy trainer. I’ve had the opportunity to visit the EU Parliament in Brussels and represented the University at the Greater Manchester Green Summit 2021.

I started climbing when I was eight years old and I just fell in love with it and I think that's where my passion for climbing came from. I've made all of my closest friends through sports, so to me sport is about bringing people together.
