Andrew leads the University’s Estates and Infrastructure Strategy and is responsible for ensuring that the campus environment and service offering meets and exceeds student expectations. 

Leading a wide range of activity including estates operations and development, property and space management, business continuity, facilities management and commercial services, Andrew is the strategic lead for the University’s Carbon Management Plan to take the University to zero carbon by 2038. He is responsible for ensuring that sustainability is at the core of our estates and facilities operations and services, and development projects.
