Dr Paul O’Hare is a Senior Lecturer in Geography and Development at Manchester Metropolitan University. His primary research interest revolves around efforts to engage ‘the public’ in governance and planning decision-making processes and flood protection, and in the contribution that civil society organisations may make to policy formulation and implementation. Dr Paul O’Hare is currently on secondment with Manchester Climate Change Agency, taking a lead on a Manchester Climate Risk Resilience Project.
