Karen is responsible for the University’s Professional Services, and Chairs the Professional Services Leadership Team, which is collectively responsible for the smooth-running of the University, ensuring that teaching and research endeavours are supported by fully joined up professional services leadership and delivery.

Professional Services colleagues design, support and deliver the systems, policies, processes and procedures needed to secure the success of the University, and the wellbeing of its staff and students, including ensuring that sustainability is embedded throughout Professional Services.
