Paul is responsible for overseeing the work of the Union that directly affects its members. This includes the advice centre, sports clubs, society, and student representation. Paul is the senior staff member from The Union on the Responsible Futures working group and ensures The Union work in close partnership with the University to deliver a range of sustainability initiatives and criteria. He also ensures that support is provided to individual students and societies who want to lead and run sustainability themed projects or campaigns, and for embedding sustainability into decision-making at The Union.
