Liz is the Dep. Pro-Vice-Chancellor Sustainability and provides strategic direction for sustainability development and Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) across learning, teaching and research, providing recommendations to senior leadership groups and committees to ensure the University takes necessary actions to embed and implement sustainable development aligned to the University Education Strategy.

Liz is the strategic sponsor and lead for the University Responsible Futures Working Group, and nominated University representative on the Manchester Climate Change Partnership Board, and Manchester Climate Change Partnership.
