How to book
Graduation ceremonies are a time of great celebration and you may wish to have photography taken to commemorate the day.
You can book photography for the day of your graduation ceremony in advance through official photographers, Ede and Ravenscroft.
If you don’t book in advance, photography will be available on the day of your ceremony at The Midland Hotel from 8:00am until 9:00pm (last entry 8:30pm) – except on 25 July, when it closes at 5:30pm (last entry 5:00pm). We advise you to book in advance to save time and money.
Term-time photography
If you cannot attend your ceremony, would like to avoid the queues on your graduation day, or wish to have photos with family or a friendship group (up to eight), Ede and Ravenscroft can take photographs before your ceremony on the following dates:
- Thursday 16 May 2024, 12pm–8pm (last admittance 7:30pm). Location: South Atrium in the Business School.
- Friday 17 May 2024, 12pm–7:30pm (last admittance 7:00pm). Location: South Atrium in the Business School.
- Saturday 18 May 2024, 10am–4pm (last admittance 3:45pm). Location: Brooks Building.
Booking is not required and will operate as a walk-in service.
They will provide a robe to use during the photo session free of charge. All you pay for are the prints that you choose.

Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel or amend your order by logging into the Ede and Ravenscroft website.
- Once you have signed in, you will see your previous orders
- click on the order you wish to cancel or amend by selecting view/edit
- you will then see the amend/cancel button to start the process of amending or cancelling your order
