Xavier Aldana Reyes was recently interviewed for Sveriges Radio (Swedish Radio) on Gothic research, Gothic Studies, monsters and the work of the Manchester Centre for Gothic Studies.

The episode is entitled: Monster in antiquity, Gothic and closet.

It centres around "Gothic" as an academic subject and what the ancient monsters say about our humanity. Dr. Xavier Aldana Reyes speaks alongside state writer Johan Tralau, author of the book "Monstret i mig", about how to deal with mythological horror figures in antiquity and how they teach man to master their evil sides.
