Simon’s background is 17 years in the video games industry in Game Design, Production, and Business Development and he is now using that experience to make VR & AR projects of all descriptions at Studio Liddell. He began his career at Codemasters then moved onto Design & Business Development at Blitz Games where he worked on many licensed titles including the Clio-award-winning Burger King advergames, and was asked to join Sony Computer Entertainment Europe where he was External Producer on a number of games. Simon co-founded and Chairs Gameopolis, the video games networking group for Greater Manchester & North West UK, and as a committed diversity campaigner advises Women in Games, GGM, Manimation and more.
