Ted leads the web and mobile applications team in IT Services at the University of Oxford. Ted is a regular collaborator with the Oxford University Museums on their mobile engagement initiatives. He has worked creatively with technology since before phones had cameras, including directing the New Media exhibit development team at the Exploratorium in San Francisco.
