MCYS and Manchester Youth Offending Services collaborate on youth justice internships for MMU students.

MCYS’s Dr Daniel Marshall and Dr Ben Bowman have developed internships for Criminology and Sociology students at Manchester Metropolitan University to gain work experience with practitioners and young people in youth justice. In partnership with Youth Offending Services in Greater Manchester and funded by the Department of Sociology, the internships provide students with a unique opportunity to gain experience working with Youth Offending Services to develop their knowledge, experience and interest in criminal justice and in youth studies.
