What do you like most about your course?

The material is interesting, the class sizes are good and the facilities are also great too! The teachers are clearly experts in the field and are nice people and we also have a huge amount of material in the library.

What skills do you feel you have gained during your studies at Man Met?

My knowledge on the subject has expanded and I feel my writing skills have developed a lot too. I have made friends and improved my interpersonal skills.

Have you taken part in any extracurricular activities or projects alongside your studies?

I took part in the Engaging in Humanities unit, which was interesting, it covered an array of topics that we would not usually discuss in class.  I also did a year of Italian lessons in the evening which was great. I have also taken part in The Writing Project this year, which I feel benefited me massively, the lessons were so clearly planned out with objectives, theory, practice and time for questions. They were really engaging and the teacher was an incredible support. Furthermore, I do yoga at the union which I absolutely love. It has helped me handle stress, as well as making friends and finding a new hobby that I'd like to continue on in life.
