Team Orange is back for 2024
Join thousands of people in the iconic Great Manchester Run (10K) on Sunday 26 May 2024 as part of Team Orange.
Not really a runner? You don’t have to be. As part of Team Orange you can run, jog, or walk your way to the finish line. It’s all about joining in and embracing the community spirit in Manchester.
As part of the university’s bicentenary celebrations we are offering all staff and students at Manchester Met the opportunity to take part in this years AJ Bell Great Manchester Run for just £18.24.

Getting involved
Your entry for the run includes your very own Team Orange t-shirt, medal and a finishers pack. You can also access free training plans and support and a free event day tracking app.
The City’s must-do event will be a party from start to finish, with a high-energy soundtrack, live music, and entertainment zones at every turn.
The run starts and finishes in the heart of the city and passes some iconic landmarks along the route; it’s a fantastic way to see the city.
